CERTIFICATION - WOOLSAFE AGREEMENT

Companies who market WOOLSAFE-approved products and who use the WOOLSAFE Mark are required to sign the WOOLSAFE Agreement, which covers the ownership, appearance and use of the Mark.

The Agreement contains the following Articles and Appendices:

1. Ownership of the Mark
2. Authority to use the Mark
3. Manner in which the Mark shall be used
4. Control and inspection of products carrying the Mark
5. Right of The WOOLSAFE Organisation to the Mark
6. Responsibility for wrongful use of the Mark
7. Duration and Termination of the Agreement
8. Use of substandard products
9. Rules to be observed on termination of the Agreement
10. Arbitration
11. Laws applicable

Appendix 2 Territories (in which approved product is sold)
Appendix 3 Different language versions of the Mark
Appendix 4 Approved phrases
